Are you looking for a team-building event to strengthen collaboration and build a positive work atmosphere ? At Kamelenmelkerij Smits, you will experience a special day together in a peaceful, rural setting among the camels, close to Den Bosch.

New ideas, fresh energy, and stronger bonds emerge here. Stepping away from the daily workplace creates mental space. By sharing a unique experience, trust grows and communication improves. Our location combines nature, space, and originality, ideal for groups looking to invest in connection and results. Starting rate from 13 people Monday to Friday, and from 25 people on weekends.

Doing something together strengthens collaboration. That is why various unique workshops are available:

• Ice cream making workshop with fresh camel milk
• Bossche bollen workshop, fitting for the location near ‘s-Hertogenbosch
• Camel shooting (obviously not on real camels), for those who enjoy playful competition

By learning something new together or taking on a challenge, you strengthen collaboration. At the same time, an informal atmosphere is created in which colleagues get to know each other in a different way.

Would you like an activity with extra meaning? Make an edible wreath or a toy for the camels together and then give it to the animals. By literally creating something together and seeing immediate results, this stimulates growth and a sense of teamwork and satisfaction. This is ideal for groups looking to build trust and cooperation. Both long-standing groups and a group of new colleagues can get a lot out of this.

In addition to the activities on the farm, we collaborate with local entrepreneurs. This allows the day to be extended with, for example, a relaxing covered wagon ride through the Brabant countryside. This creates a complete day program where nature, relaxation, and collaboration come together. We are happy to help you create a customized program that meets your wishes.

A successful day requires good facilities. Our location is suitable for small and large groups, offers free parking, and is conveniently located near the A2, A59, and N279.

• We offer various lunch and drinks options, including:
• Unlimited coffee, tea, and water
• Fresh fruit
• A typical Brabant welcome with a sausage roll

Everything takes place at a single location, in the middle of nature, so that you can fully focus on the content and the enjoyment of the day.

In addition to team building, the location is perfect for meetings. A meeting session in a rural setting provides peace of mind and focus during the discussion of strategies and plans.

The spaces are suitable for various types of meetings, such as:

• Strategic sessions
• Brainstorming days
• Strategy days
• Presentations

By combining content with relaxation, the team remains focused and motivated. Furthermore, the central location near the A2, A59, and N279 makes the venue easily accessible for all participants.
