If you have booked a private tour (and activity), you can cancel your visit free of charge up to 2 weeks in advance and book a new date if desired.
If you have purchased tickets for a Sunday or holiday safari, we unfortunately cannot cancel or reschedule them free of charge. Rescheduling costs €2.50 per ticket.
Yes, you can park for free on the premises.
Yes, that is possible. When it rains, the camels are inside, and you can visit them in the stables.
Yes, you can pay with both a debit card and cash at our establishment.
Dogs are welcome at Smits Camel Dairy! Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the stables, but they are permitted on the terrace and in the restaurant.
Guide dogs are allowed into the stables.
When your dog is waiting on the terrace, someone must be with the dog. Dogs may not be left alone.
